Nintendo is talking about the absence of "Animal Crossing", "Yoshi", from other switch games planned from E3 2018

Every year, the press events of Electronic Entertainment Expo do not fail to excite fans. However, there will also be some disappointment on the planned titles that do not appear in the case of a week. This is the case with developers like Nintendo.

The portable hybrid switch console has been on the market for just over a year. This means that during E3 events and other gaming conferences, Nintendo had to provide more updates on the video games that were to arrive on the gaming system.

Although Nintendo seduced its audience E3 2018 – especially with the launch of "Fortnite" for Switch – there were also Switch-exclusive titles anticipated.

"Yoshi" for Switch has been announced for the first time at E3 2017 with a 12-minute gameplay preview. However, the game was including a no-show at the last rally of E3, which took place earlier this month. But fans should not worry because its developers have promised that its development is still on the right track.

Bill Trinen, product marketing manager at Nintendo, told IGN that "Yoshi" for Switch "has really made very good progress." However, before E3 2018, the developers have decided to make some adjustments to the title, which will make the game "just take a little more time" to be finished. These changes are also seen as the reason why Nintendo has decided to ignore the release of a new teaser "Yoshi" this month.

"Yoshi" for the Switch is currently scheduled for launch in 2019.

Meanwhile, with the success of "Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp" on mobile devices, many fans expected the game to receive a Switch version soon. But since the global release of "Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp" in November 2017, Nintendo has never said a word about a Switch port, not even at E3 2018.

However, Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime is confident that fans will see more Animal Crossing franchise tournaments as a result of his successful mobile release. Unfortunately, it has not specifically confirmed that an "Animal Crossing" for the Switch is in progress.

Other popular franchises that Nintendo obviously jumped to their E3 2018 presentation were "Mother 3", "Star Fox", "Metroid Prime 4" and "Pokémon 2019." And, generally, Nintendo has hinted that the developments of these games are still quite enough they have decided to book their teasers for other future events or when they will be a few months away from the release of these titles.
