One of the most annoying problems of Black Ops 4 is finally being resolved

A Treyarch developer provided Black Ops 4 players with the information they were expecting – a fix for self-management issues that made the multiplayer game overwhelming.

There is little more frustrating than trying to jump during a shootout in Black Ops 4 and see your character clumsily climbing a tiny object behind you, or sneaking wildly to a ridiculous height for die.

Auto Masking is a feature designed to allow smoother, more consistent movement around the map by automatically scaling walls and objects in your path.

Of course, when you roll up your weapon, your weapon is reduced to a low-fire fire spray, which means that mantelling during a shooting is certain death.

In Black Ops 4, the Auto Overwrite feature is not optional, it is very sensitive to any possible obstructions on the map, large or small, which leads to frustrating moments like these.

As a result of countless deaths at the end of overly sensitive coats, even for the smallest and most insignificant obstacles, players have requested an option to disable them.

While it is unclear if an option to disable auto recovery is imminent, developer Matt Scronce has confirmed that the team is working on a fix for auto recovery issues, in response to a Reddit article on the problem.

This could mean an option to disable, but it's also likely that they are working to make some non-functional objects with the self-mantle, or even to force players to jump rather than support it. simply on, in order to get the mantle animated.

Treyarch deploys regular updates of Black Ops 4 Multiplayer, Zombies and Blackout, almost twice a week. We therefore hope that they will be able to implement a fix for self-management issues in the near future.

In the last update, November 16, fixes were made for many bugs in all three modes. You can view the full patch notes here.
