OnePlus 6T Version – New leak could reveal shocking news for OnePlus fans

[ad_1]

The OnePlus 6 is widely regarded as one of the best mid-range smartphones that money can buy.

The device was launched earlier this year with a 6.3-inch edge-to-edge display, a dual lens camera and a full glass design.

There is also a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor hidden under the hood and up to 8GB of RAM.

Although many phones have similar specifications and power, which makes the OnePlus 6 so attractive, it's its starting price of £ 469.

However, things could soon improve with the expected launch of the OnePlus 6T.

This next flagship product from China could bring even more performance and improved specifications to this smartphone at low prices.

In fact, leaks and recent reports suggest that the 6T could get a better rear triple camera, more internal memory and a smaller notch at the top of the screen.

There is also speculation that a fingerprint scanner could be integrated under the screen, which some major manufacturers, including Samsung and LG, have not yet included.

To fuel these rumors, a recently disclosed image of some OnePlus packaging indicates that a device with a teardrop notch and this new security scanner is displayed.

The box also displays the label "Unlock Speed", which could refer to this new fingerprint reader.

It would not usually be too long to discover what OnePlus has in store with its T-devices often unveiled in the second half of the year.

However, fans may be disappointed if they were hoping to see a new phone in the near future.

A recent image published by OnePlus on the social media site Weibo, shows a calendar with the date of January 15, 2019, clearly marked.

There is no official word on what this date means, but many suggest that this could be the launch date of the OnePlus 6T.

If this becomes a reality, it will mark a big change to the usual release date that normally arrives around November.

We will have to wait and see if OnePlus reveals all year or is waiting for the beginning of 2019, but smartphone fans still have a few months ahead of them.

Apple is expected to introduce its new devices next week and Google will then follow a launch of Pixel in October.

It has also been suggested that Samsung could show its foldable "Galaxy X" phone before the end of the year, although this radical device is not officially announced until next year.
