Smartphones continue to grow as companies find ways to implement thin frames with more features and better specifications.

Oppo will be the first smartphone maker to own a device with 10 GB of RAM, according to the data found in the TENAA record for the handset. TENAA is the Chinese equivalent of the FCC in the United States, which means that these specifications are expected for a finalized version of Oppo's Find X smartphone. If this phone comes on the market, it will be the first handset with 10GB of RAM.

The Oppo Find X features a 6.4-inch 1080p OLED HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and 8GB of RAM under the hood, as well as options for storage up to 256 GB. The Find X battery measures 3750 mAh and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo under Oppo's Color Oppo operating system. The handset also has a pop-up camera design, with a 24MP front camera, with a dual 16MP and 20MP rear camera configuration.

Unfortunately, we know that Oppo Find X will not be launched in the United States. But if it is a precursor of what will happen, there is only a matter of time before seeing smartphones from other manufacturers with 10 GB of RAM.
