Petition fans to immortalize grandmother playing Skyrim in Elder Scrolls 6

Seven years have passed since the release of the movie Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and the community now wants to see an 82-year-old fan who regularly plays the game included in his next article.

According to Eurogamer, phantom-scribbler, a Reddit user, has asked Bethesda to create a version of YouTuber (82), aficionado of Skyrim and his grandmother Shirley Curry in The Elder Scrolls 6. The petition is inspired by a rather macabre commentary of Curry in an answer. to last month's comments from Bethesda, vice president of public relations and marketing, which implied that Elder Scrolls 6 could still appear in several years.

"Well, I guess that puts the nail in my coffin, literally!" Curry wrote in a comment that has received thousands of likes. "When Skyrim 6 comes out I'll be 88. So I probably will not be able to play it, so I'm going [quit] dreaming! "

Seeing this, phantom-scribbler was reminded to Erik "Immok the Slayer" West, another superficial Elder Scrolls, who died of cancer a few months before the release of Skyrim. Bethesda responded by immortalizing him in the game under the name of Erik the Killer. Now, phantom-scribbler wants Shirley to receive similar treatment, and he is not alone; more than 9,100 people voted for his position.

"How cool would it be to meet an elderly Breton who wants to kick his ass and asks to accompany you?" ghostly dreamer. "Her story is as perfect as she is – she is a widow twice and has four children and nine grandchildren – she calls all the grandchildren of her subscribers." So, maybe she has a sword whose two husbands are dead using. She calls him "Widowmaker". She takes it and puts on an armor, she says: "Come on grandson / daughter!" and you are ready to attack anyone who gets in your way. "

This message led another, with himself over 4,700 positive votes at the time of writing this article, calling for a community-made Curry mod for Skyrim. In this one, Phantom-Scribbler claimed to have been in contact with Curry, who would have given permission to use his identity and the sound of YouTube clips.

Of course, the next step was a petition, which now has 3,500 signatures but does not seem to have elicited a response from Bethesda.

Bethesda for the first time teased the Elder Scrolls 6 during the past E3. The game is expected to debut on next-generation consoles, which appear to be on track for a launch in 2020.
