The user Brandon Tan, who lives to play Pokemon Go, is the one who has been sanctioned by Niantic. According to the developer, Brando Tan violated the rules of the game for a while and his account was suspended.

Brandon Tan also reported that he was trying to make an average of 69 Mewtwo raids a day and set a record of over 2,000 raids and 6 * 100% Mewtwo in a month.

Brandon Tan is a Pokemon trainer from Singapore. Before Pokemon Go, he was one of the best Clash of Clans players in the world (he received an offer to sell his account at $ 10,000).
When Pokemon Go was released, he started a new journey, a trip from a Pokemon trainer dedicated to using his skills as an XP leveling machine.
