Pokemon Go Halloween UPDATE – Generic Type 4 Ghost Searches and Special Search CONFIRMED | Game | Entertainment

The inevitable Halloween event of Pokemon Go may have just been leaked by fans.

Pokemon Go Dataminer Chrales has found evidence of a brand new special search task for Halloween.

And it seems that the special search task is around Pokémon Spiritomb type 4 ghost.

The quest dialogue suggests that players will need to capture 108 Pokemon to unlock the reward and catch a Spiritomb.

Other leaks suggest new spooky objects in the shop, such as a Gengar backpack, a Drifblim shirt and a Mismagius hat.

Fans also hope to see some of the Gen 4 Ghost Pokemon presented in the gallery below.

The Pokemon Go Halloween event should begin in the next few days.

The 2017 edition of Halloween began on Friday, October 20th. It is therefore reasonable to think that a launch is imminent.

And a new Halloween event means a new Ghost type Pokémon to find and catch.

Gen 4 Ghost Pokemon include Drifloon, Mismagius, Dusknoir, Froslass, Spiritomb and Drifblim.

Rotom also appears in Generation 4, although this pocket monster comes in many different forms. It is not known if Niantic will present Rotom now or will stagger the publication of its different forms.

It is possible that the legendary Pokemon Giratina, ghost and dragon, makes an appearance during a Halloween raid.

Giratina was seen at the end of the Gen 4 Sinnoh trailer, so a release date can not be too far away.

The event last year coincided with the release of Pokemon Gen 3 such as Shuppet, Banette, Sableye, Duskull and Dusclops.

Fans were also treated to a limited-time Pikachu, not to mention the bonus of Candy, from the hatching, capture and transfer of Pokemon.
