Let's Go, Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee Pokémon take place in the Kanto region, but that does not mean that the Pokémon you are going to find is limited to that area. Fortunately, there are some Pokémon that have managed to enter some game NPCs that allow you to get them if you trade a specific Pokémon.
In past Pokemon games, exchanges in the game were still available for those who had no friends with whom to exchange Pokemon. However, they are limited to the negotiation of a copy. Apparently, in Pokemon Let's Go, Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee, they can be done an unlimited number of times as long as you have the Pokémon with which they wish to trade.
Here is the list of possible in-game exchanges in Pokemon Let's Go, Pikachu and Let's Go, Eevee. Please note that the Pokemon listed here will be their Alola form as they are from the Alola area.
Rattata
Location: Cerulean City
The description: In the Pokemon Center in Cerulean City, find a girl sitting on the bench and swap your Rattata for her Alolan Rattata.
Geodude
Location: Vermillion City
The description: If you manage to have a lot of Geodudes at Mont. Moon, then you have the option to trade them for an Alolan Geodude when you negotiate it to a hiker in the Pokémon Center of Vermillion City.
Diglett
Location: Lavander City
The description: Before you go to the Ghost Tower, visit the Pokemon Center and find a woman sitting on the bench who wants to exchange her Alolan Diglett for your regular Diglett.
Sandshrew and Vulpix
Location: Celadon City
The description: Inside the Celadon City Pokemon Center, a coach sitting on the bench on the right will offer his Alolan Sandshrew and his Alolan Vulpix if you give him Sandshrew or Vulpix.
Raichu
Location: Safran City
The description: In exchange for your Raichu, a coach from the Saffron City Pokémon Center will exchange his Alolan Raichu.
Marowak
Location: Fuchsia city
The description: If you have a Marowak in your group, head to the Pokémon Center in Fuchsia City to exchange it for an Alolan Marowak.
Meowth and Grimer
Location: The island of Cinnabar
The description: A punk trainer inside the Cinnabar Island Pokemon Center is looking for a Grimer or a Meowth. If you give him what he wants, he will exchange his Alolan form respectively.
Exeggutor
Location: Indigo Tray
The description: Just before you start in the Pokemon League on the Indigo Board, head to the Pokemon Center located inside the Indigo Board to find a coach looking for an Exeggutor. Give her what she wants to receive an Alolan form.
