Razer, a company known for the manufacture of high-end gaming devices and accessories, entered the smartphone market with Razer Phone last year. The phone has revived the trend of game-oriented devices, paving the way for tastes such as Asus ROG and Xiaomi Black Shark. A year later, Razer is ready with the successor – Razer Phone 2.
Razer sent invitations for an event on October 10th. The invitation presents the iconic brand of three-headed snake that is also located at the back of Razer Phone.
Razer Phone 2 should be marketed in other markets, unlike the original phone. The phone is also likely to go out in India. Razer CEO Ming-Liang Tang announced earlier this year that the gaming smartphone will also be launched in India.

According to reports, Razer Phone 2 will provide a refresh rate of 120 GHz, which is one of the highest refresh rates on a mobile device. In comparison, Razer Phone has a refresh rate of 120 GHz.
You can expect improvements in sound quality and speakers and cooling technology for heat dissipation. Xiaomi recently launched Poco F1 with liquid cooling. Razer, however, should offer a more advanced and superior version of the under-the-hood cooling technology.
Depending on the specifications, Razer Phone 2 will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 processor, with a maximum capacity of 8GB. It will run on Android v9 Pie and will have a battery of 4,000 mAh. The size of the screen will be 5.7 inches. There will also be a storage variant of 512 GB.
