RED Hydrogen One's specifications approaching launch

The RED Hydrogen One is finally about to start shipping pre-orders this week, after a few delays. But if you can not wait until then, the complete data sheet of the phones has been disclosed a little early thanks to a new infographic, via UberGizmo.

Although we have known fragments before, it is nice to see everything in one place. Most specifications are tied for a high-end Android phone in 2018: 128GB of storage, 6GB of RAM, a heavy battery of 4,500 mAh, aluminum (or titanium, although this model is delayed), Stereo speakers and a 5.7-inch display, 2560 x 1440 resolution.

The sheet does not mention it, but RED has already announced that the Hydrogen One would come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip from last year, instead of the latest Snapdragon 845, which is a little disappointing since it Is a smartphone to 1 195 USD.

But there are also features that make the Hydrogen One even more unique, like the so-called "4V" screen that will offer a kind of "holographic" view, although RED has been shy about the exact operation of this technology. There are also details on cameras capable of filming stills and 4V video: two 8.3 megapixel lenses in the front and two 12.3 megapixel shooters at the back. Finally, a POGO pin connector allows you to connect modular add-ons, even if the details are still slim.

It's more than a little odd that RED is sending phones to customers this week without officially revealing the full specifications. But given that all those who have already placed an order have already spent at least $ 1,195 on sight for the Hydrogen One, it is unlikely that the actual numbers will make a big difference to the first wave of homeowners.
