Samsung Galaxy P30 and P30 + could arrive next month with LCD screens

For years, Samsung's smartphones have been using AMOLED screens exclusively. But according to a new report, the brand's next device can use an LCD screen.

It seems that the new screen will reach both the next Galaxy P30 and the largest Galaxy P30 +. At this point, it is unclear what design and specifications will bring the new devices. However, given Samsung's recent focus on its Infinity screens, an 18: 9 aspect ratio is likely. In addition, it should be noted that the Galaxy P line will target Asian markets such as China and India. This suggests that both smartphones will most likely be positioned in the mid-range segment.
If this is indeed the case, it would not be surprising to see both Samsung smartphones arrive with at least two or three rear cameras and a monocoque glass design. Internally, the popularity of Qualcomm processors in these countries means that a Snapdragon chip is very likely. In addition, degraded color options are expected. After all, since their introduction by Huawei earlier this year, several other manufacturers, including Xiaomi and Samsung, have adopted them. One thing that will be missed, however, is a fingerprint scanner in display, despite reports stating the opposite.
Currently, the Galaxy P30 and P30 + are expected to appear next month. This could suggest that an announcement will take place at the Samsung event on October 11, along with the Galaxy A9 Pro (2018).
