Apple and Samsung abandoned the solid white color scheme for their flagship phones years ago, but it looks like Samsung is back in search of its latest oversized device. After being teased earlier this week, the Galaxy Note 9 "First White White" was officially announced on Friday. SamMobile reports that the name is meant to commemorate the first snowfall of the year in Taiwan … which brings us to the bad news.
Samsung has confirmed the existence of the 9 white note Friday, but has announced its availability only for Taiwan. It is not known if or when the color will ever be sold in other territories, including the United States. All hope is not lost – color options have been transferred to the United States in the past – but that's all we know for now.
As SamMobile Note: this is the first time that Samsung has launched a Galaxy Note Note since 2015. Note 6 other color options available are Lavender Purple, Metallic Copper, Midnight Black, Ocean Blue, and Black. money cloud. Like the other models, the white Note 9 comes with a unique white S-pen.
Samsung will start selling the first Snow White Galaxy Note 9 in Taiwan early next month for NT $ 30,900 (about $ 998). This is the same price as the original Note 9 models launched in the region. It is also interesting to note that the specifications of the device are identical to those of any other note 9, so at least we did not miss them.
