The latest reports on the upcoming Samsung high-end phone will launch three Galaxy S10 models, which are named Beyond 0, Beyond 1 and Beyond 2.
The first will be a lighter version of the flagship product, while the Beyond 1 and 2 models will be regular models and "Plus" models. However, a new report from South Korea claims that Samsung has decided to add a 5G antenna to the Galaxy S10, but because that would mean a higher price for its flagship product, it will launch a separate phone for those who wish a 5G support.
This device will be a derivative of Beyond 2 (Galaxy S10 Plus), so it will offer all the features of Samsung's flagship product, and the most expensive 5G support. Basically, the Galaxy S10 compatible 5G will be Samsung's most expensive flagship product in the first half of 2019.
The same report mentions that the 5G antenna chipset will be provided by the wireless division of Samsung Electronics and the local GigaLane communication chip manufacturer. At the moment, it's unclear when the Galaxy S10 compatible 5G will be available, but that will depend heavily on the availability of the 5G network in the domestic market.
