Do you remember the beautiful 85 inch QLED 8K TV that Samsung unveiled in August? The one for which you will not be able to find any content?
Well, the Q900 is now available for pre-order and costs $ 14,999.99.
The Samsung Q900 will be marketed from October 28th. Samsung is therefore (hardly) its promise to make it available in October.
In addition to the impressive resolution of 7,680 x 4,320 pixels, the Q900 offers a maximum brightness of 4,000 nits, the Samsung Quantum 8K processor, HDR10 + support and upscaling assisted by the camera. IA 8K – probably the main feature of the TV because you will watch most of the content on this TV in upscaled mode.
With regard to huge TVs, the price is not so horrible. But you might want to consider that you can buy three of Samsung's 82-inch high-end QLED 4K TVs for the price – and the fact that 4K content is currently available.
The Q900 will also be available in smaller sizes – 65, 75 and 82 inches – but these are not available for pre-order and the price is not known yet.
