Samsung's first collapsible phone was launched smoothly a few days ago. The phone should be marketed at some point during the first half of 2019. The report states that the phone will feature two displays, including an 8-inch internal display and a 5-inch external display. Thus, the design seems to be similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy F, but Huawei is aiming for an even bigger fold: the Galaxy F has screens of 4.6 inches and 7.3 inches. Huawei had already explained that the foldable handset could replace a computer in the future.
The report also notes that the Chinese display manufacturer BOE will manufacture the foldable handset display, a detail previously reported on the Huawei collapsible handset.
