After tons of teasing and fragmentary revelations, Fortnite (Free) Season 6 has finally arrived. The shadow stones are found in corrupted areas on the map and the use of one of them will apply you a shadow form for a short period of time. You will not be able to use weapons in Shadow Form, but you will be invisible at a standstill. This temporary form also gives you a boost in speed and immunity against falling damage. You can also go through objects in Shadow Form.
The island has been invaded by corrupted areas, cornfields, a haunted castle and so much more. iOS and Android benefit from memory optimizations to reduce the risk of poor performance with many applications running in the background.
