This follows the ban on Omega LabyrinthZ, which was from the PQube publisher. It was originally supposed to be launched on PS Vita and PS4, but the publisher was then forced to completely cancel the location of the game at Sony's request.
Tom Lipschultz, localization producer at XSEED Games, confirmed that this was all part of a new Sony policy.
Because it's a brand new policy.

It's strange to see Sony suddenly so tight now that Nintendo, known for its similar role in the past, is more lenient and offers games to go out on their platform without any form of censorship. The latest example is Senran Kagura Reflexions, which has just been launched for the Nintendo Switch.
