According to the Apple System Status page, several iCloud services are having problems this afternoon.
iCloud Drive, iCloud messaging, iCloud keychain, iCloud contacts, iCloud calendar, mail removal, searching for my iPhone, etc. operate "slower than normal" for some users.
The problem has been with us since 8:51 am Pacific time this morning, and we do not know when the problem will clear up.
