Some models of iPhone XR are starting to sell

Pre-orders for the iPhone XR were launched at 12:01 pm Pacific Time, and half an hour after placing orders, some colors began to run out and are no longer available for daytime delivery launch in the United States.

At the present time, some yellow XR iPhone XR models will not be delivered for one to two weeks. They will be delivered in November instead of October 26th. In the UK, the iPhone XR offer is also starting to sell slowly, with coral yellow models are starting to list a delivery estimate of one to two weeks.

All other colors are still available for delivery on US launch day at the present time, but the available offer for in-store pickup has decreased for some models in some areas.

It's unclear if yellow is a popular color choice or if Apple made fewer yellow models for iPhone XR, but with an exhausted color, the others might soon follow.

Apple has not provided iPhone-free models of the iPhone XR without pre-ordering in the United States, which usually means that consumables are not as powerful as Apple would like. Models without a SIM card are however available in other countries around the world.

Curiously, Apple also did not provide iPhone XR cases for the new device, which is unusual, as new versions of iPhone are usually accompanied by matching cases. In some countries, the iPhone XR press releases indicated that Apple would make a first clear case for the iPhone XR to display device colors, but no such cases were found. If you plan to get an iPhone XR, it is best to immediately place an order if you want a delivery on the day of the launch, because it is not clear if and to what extent the available stocks will be exhausted. As always, Apple will have devices for shopping without appointment on October 26th.
