Take-Two has abandoned the brand of agent

Take-Two teased a stealth spy game called Agent as early as 2007, but after several delays and only the slightest hint of updates over the past decade, it appeared that the project was dead. A brand update now seems to confirm that the agent has been permanently removed from the field.

Originally, Agent was announced as an exclusive PlayStation 3 and the company was preparing it for its next Grand Theft Auto. That was before the release of Red Dead Redemption in 2010 and become the other leading franchise in the open world of Take-Two.
