The prototype Toyota sports car was photographed inside and outside the ring.
This prototype may be in line with the specifications of the track, but the interior of the production is more impressive than expected. Even GT-spec race cars work with some parts of the factory intact, after all. Homologation and all that.
We have more than that here. In fact, we can see here a lot of road components, including what is obviously a gear selector for a transmission that meets the specifications of the street. There is also a navigation screen, as well as what appears to be BMW parts orders on the center console and console.
There is also a group of digital indicators, shown here in tachometer mode. It is difficult to say from this angle if it is a device similar to that of the next BMW 3 Series or specific to this application. However, the beauty of digital clusters lies in the fact that they can be made unique despite the material commonalities.
Toyota has chosen to start the resurrection of Supra with the Gazoo Racing variant, which means that the details of the road car remain a mystery. All the details will have to wait for Detroit, but we expect that Toyota will start broadcasting teasers well before January. Stay tuned.
