The 6.1-inch LCD screen of the iPhone Xc could have a nasty surprise

We only count a few days before one of the most anticipated smartphone events of the year, especially for Apple fans who are waiting their time since the beginning of the year 2018. seems to be a debate, not to mention the consternation, about the names. But if you thought that the names "iPhone XS" and "iPhone XS Max" were already noteworthy, the colorful "iPhone Xc" could have something upsetting the hopes more than its name.

Apple should do something it has not done since the iPhone 5c in 2013. Not only will it offer a more colorful selection on a "budget" version of a flagship iPhone, but it will also reuse this suffix "c" which now definitely means "color". These colors were revealed by escape Ben Geskin, aka @ VenyaGeskin1, in red, white, space gray and rose gold.

A few days later, Geskin launched a new bomb: they are not dummy units. According to him, images are the "real deal". Well, at least the prototypes, not the retail units. If this is true, it confirms that the iPhone Xc would be the first dual SIM card iPhone, as shown in the above rose gold version.

This was also "confirmed" by a leak on Weibo showing a China Mobile slideshow presentation that reveals details about the three iPhones. The names, for example, are indeed the iPhone XS, the iPhone XS Plus (not Max) and the iPhone XC. However, it mentions two SIM card variants of the XS models, so there is still some confusion in this regard.

What the "c" of the iPhone XC (or Xc) does not represent is "cheap". Or at least according to the prices shown here, with 5 888 RMB ($ 860) for the iPhone XC, 7,388 RMB ($ 1,080) for the iPhone XS and 8,388 RMB ($ 1,230) for the iPhone XS Plus. While actual US prices may differ, Goldman Sachs has revised its own estimates, claiming that the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone, for example, the iPhone XC, will actually sell for $ 849 instead of the $ 699 expected. Certainly not the "affordable" iPhone that you hoped for.
