At the EA press conference at E3 2018, Anthem took center stage while the publisher highlighted the RPG action in a short gameplay video . Now, we take a look at Scar and Villainy's mission of the game, as BioWare has released a 20-minute video of its E3 gameplay demo, along with comments from Anthem's lead producer, Ben Irving. . Take a look above.

In Anthem, you play as Freelancer with access to Javelins, mech exosuits that come with different abilities and loadouts. In the gameplay demo, you can see a team of freelancers; the leader plays a Colossus, a tank-like character who carries a punch, another player chooses a Ranger who moves quickly, and the last player chooses a Colossus with a different load, focused on close combat

you get to see the responsive world of the game on the screen; flying through a waterfall, for example, will cool the jets on your jetpack. As players travel across the world, flying, running and swimming, they face waves of enemy Scars, finally entering a Fortress, a dungeon with bigger enemies and bigger rewards. Meanwhile, the cooperative gameplay of the game is shown; Another player joins the mid-mission, and Irving insists on Anthem's design as a cooperative game that provides big winnings for playing together.

Finally, the demo ends with the team fighting a fierce swarming tyrant. We will definitely see other parts of the game over the next few months, before its release on February 22, 2019.
