The Assassin's Update 1.0.5 Creed Odyssey makes Greece more stable

Ubisoft has released a new fix for Assassin's Creed Odyssey on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The 1.0.5 patch weighs 0.16 GB on PS4 and 0.1 GB on Xbox One, and focuses on eliminating bugs, including the resolution of a problem that appeared after a previous fix.

According to the release notes, this improves stability and fixes an issue that would cause the game to crash on the dashboard after the release of v1.0.3 update. This update itself was designed to improve the quality of life and fix critical bugs. Both updates are only a few days apart. Ubisoft is quickly addressing these issues.

This week, Ubisoft canceled its first scheduled live event, explaining that a missing mercenary had become WOL. The studio still has big live content projects and extensions, promising "the biggest and most ambitious" support after the launch of the franchise's history. This will include a story, The Lost Tales of Greece, free for all players, as well as paid episodic installments Legacy of the First Blade and The Fate of Atlantis. The studio has already announced that it was not planning to release another Assassin's Creed next year, but rather to rely on its post-launch content plans.

Update focus:

  • Improve the stability of the game
  • Fixed an issue that caused dashboard crashes on PS4 and Xbox One after version 1.0.3
