This year has already been a pretty amazing time for video games and, as we approach Christmas' s final approach, things can only improve.
The months of October and November are always the busiest months for PC owners, Xbox One and PS4 and this year has proven to be a particularly messy window with hit games such as Red Dead Redemption 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and the new Assassin's Creed all on sale.
For the past seven years, Red Dead Redemption 2 has been announced as one of the biggest entertainment releases of the year, while Black Ops 4 is already captivating players with its own preview of Fortnite's Battle Royale mode.
Here is our selection of the biggest and best games for fall:
Red Dead Redemption 2 – October 26
'Red Dead Redemption 2' is the next game from Rockstar Games, developer of GTA V. It's been seven years that we are getting ready and the scale of this open-world Western West seems truly breathtaking. You play Arthur Morgan, a criminal morality member of the infamous Van der Linde gang in the late nineteenth century. With a distribution of more than 700 and some 500,000 lines of dialogue, the size of RDR2 is incredible. If there is a game that deserves to be played this year, it is this one.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 – 12 October
Call of Duty is back with a notable addition: Battle Royale. Drawing lessons from Fortnite's success, the version of CoD is a vast island that is one of the biggest hits in famous places throughout the history of the billion dollar series. This is an incredibly fun game to play that adds an indispensable lightness to a game that has all too often been taken seriously. There is also a new big zombie campaign and, of course, the multiplayer mode of the CoD trademark.

Assassin's Creed: Odyssey – October 5th
"Assassin's Creed: Odyssey" takes players to ancient Greece, where Kassandra or Alexios will fight you and explore discovering a plot that has decided the fate of entire nations. We have been playing this game since its launch and it is already our favorite in the Assassin's Creed series. The world is huge, beautiful and packed with things to do. The new multiple choice conversation system also adds real emotional weight to the decisions you make. If you like open world games, it's a must.

Forza Horizon 4 – 2 October
As mentioned in our review, "Forza Horizon 4" is a racing game for people who do not like racing games. It's an adrenaline-filled joy game that gives you the impression of playing in an automotive version of the Glastonbury Festival. If that were not enough this year, the game takes place in the UK, so expect to see a wish list of places ranging from Scotland lakes to the beautiful Cotswolds countryside. If you're tired of guns, explosions and violence, Forza Horizon 4 will seem like a breath of fresh air.

Battlefield V – November 20th
'Battlefield V' moves the historic series to World War II, bringing with it the characteristic realism of the game and epic sets. Where Battlefield 1 has shown us many unpublished stories of the Great War, Battlefield V decided to do the same. Players will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Norwegian resistance, the daring raids of British spies and the incredible courage of the Senegalese riflemen who fought for France.

Fallout 76 – 14th of November
For the first time, Fallout is online. "Fallout 76" brings you back to the wasteland but this time you will be joined by other human beings. You can team up or switch on. You can build your own basics, destroy each other while exploring a vast open world four times larger than Fallout 4.

Pokemon Let Go Go, Pikachu! & Pokemon Let's go, Evee! – November 16th
If, like me, you grew up with the Red / Blue and Yellow Pokémon on Game Boy, the idea of returning to these nostalgic days will fill you with joy. "Let's Go, Pikachu" and "Let'We, Evee" are essentially remastered "Pokemon Yellow". This is an entirely redone version of the original game that you first played back in the '90s. All original Pokémon are back and, depending on which version you choose, you'll have your own Pokémon companion for the first time. follow you. From what we played, it's a lot of fun and the perfect game to stay stuck for a few hours.
