A Fortnite datamine seems to have revealed the modes that arrive in the "tournaments" tab of the game, which was itself accidentally revealed in a video for Epic Games developers this week.
The Tournaments tab (see at 0:20 in this video) will return to solo, duet and team tournaments. The first tournaments in solo and duet will be limited in time, while the team tournament will be a weekly event that will take place every Friday. If you accumulate enough points in a given tournament, you will be rewarded with a new pin, according to the datamine of ShiinaBR, Sr DraBx, Tapohi and MADLEAKER, collected by Fortnite Intel.
The first solo tournament, called the Salty Springs Cup, will take place from October 27 to 31. Players will only have three attempts to win.
The first duet tournament, the Tomato Temple Cup, will take place from October 28th to November 1st. His description is: "Take a friend and make Tomatohead proud – become the legend of Tomato."
The team tournament calls Fortnite Friday Night, with the date simply "every Friday", so I think it will be a permanent meeting.
The datamine also revealed loading pages for the Tournaments tab. One of them is at the top of this article and the other two below. If the tournaments really have to start this month, we can expect an announcement from Epic Games.
