The volume knob is not the only addition to the interior. The infotainment system acquires more physical buttons and the Bluetooth integration has been improved. The HVAC system has a few buttons for fan speed, the center console cup holders are larger, the electronic parking brake switch has been redesigned and steering wheel controls have been made more intuitive.
No mechanical modifications have been made, however. There are only four 1.5-liter turbo 205-hp cylinders left and a six-speed manual transmission is the only option. The EPA ratings remain the same. A high performance summer tire package was previously available as an option at $ 200; it has been discontinued as a factory trim, but it will be available as an option installed by the dealer.
Although the Civic Si updates are minor, they have done nothing but improve the compact sports car, which has itself been placed on the list. of the 10 best cars of last year. The price of the coupe and four-door sedan is the same, starting at $ 25,195, a jump of $ 200 over last year's model. Updated models will be available at dealerships beginning November 1st.
