The Honda HR-V 2019 adopts a new look, new security systems

Honda's small crossover HR-V enters its third model year, which means it's time for the automaker to inject it with a new kit.

Honda has announced that the 2019 HR-V will carry some changes. Previously available in three versions – LX, EX and EX-L Navi – the 2019 HR-V version will now be available with Sport and Touring versions. There are some style-related adjustments, namely a set of LED headlights that are probably reserved for one or both new trimmers. Honda also added a variable-ratio electric power steering and a few pieces of sound-absorbing material, in addition to adjustments to its CVT and AWD system.

Inside, the biggest update is a new Touch Screen Display Audio System that includes both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It is unclear if this is the new version of the infotainment system that was first seen on the 1945 Accord and Odyssey and Honda's M & # 39, said that he will not say more about it later, which is weird. The biggest news with the 2019 HR-V, however, is the addition of Honda Sensing. Available on EX and higher versions, Honda Sensing is the automaker's suite of active and passive safety systems that includes front-collision warning, auto-braking, trajectory-assist assistance, and cruise control. adaptive speed.
