The Intel 9900k Core i900k from the Singularity Benchmarks Benchmarks is leaking

For reasons I did not know, the Ashes of the Singularity test remains a popular benchmarking tool for testers around the world. Fortunately for us, this means we can examine the performance of processors and graphics processors before they are released. Although previews definitely help, it is also worth keeping in mind that most of these tests are done on engineering samples and / or drivers and preliminary bios – so should always be taken with a grain of salt as they may not be indicative of the final performance.

Intel Core i9-9900k processor up 11.5% from previous 8700k in Ashes of the Singularity CPU Benchmark

For the next Intel Core i9-9900K processor, TUMAPISAK – a well-known leak, decided to let out some hidden landmarks of the metaverse AoTs. I have not been able to find them in the public directory, so they have been deleted or have never been in the public directory, to start (there are ways to analyze the tests that n & # 39; 39 have not yet been published). The tests compare the Core i9-9900k to the flagship product of the latest generation, the Core i7-8700k.

It is important to mention here that to evaluate the difference between processor performance, you need to look at the "processor frame rate" and not the generic processing rate. The first is a better indicator of performance differences, while the second is what you can usually expect in real game scenarios (in which even an 8400 would be enough for most AAA games). The preset used is the Crazy 4k preset which is not exactly ideal because it will make the bottleneck bottleneck (the lower the resolution, the easier it is for the GPU to output images and the more it is will be hard for the processor to catch up) but fortunately we have processors of images per second to make a good comparison.

The biggest difference can be found in the Heavy Batch, with the Core i9-9900k recording a CPU throughput of 67.4, while the Core i7-8700k is at a much lower level of 55.2 fps. A similar story exists in the Normal lot with the Core i9-9900k scoring 94.2 fps and the next 8700k behind at a decent speed of 85.6 fps. Overall, the Core i9-9900k gets an average of 77.2 frames per second, while the 8700k gets an average of 69.2 frames per second. This is a pretty awesome game performance differential, since high CPU throughput rarely translates into increased gaming SPF.

The Core i9-9900k is the centerpiece of Intel's 9th generation product line. It will feature 8 cores with Hyperthreading technology (8 cores / 16 wires). The most fun comparison will be between the Core i9-9900k and the Core i7-9700K which also has 8 cores but without hyperthreading (8 cores / 8 wires). The Core i9-9900k is supposed to boost an absolutely massive 5 GHz clock with single-core / dual-core turbos and up to 4.7 GHz on 8 cores. All components of the 9th generation are equipped with the 14nm ++ process and the MSRP has already been disclosed.
