Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is about to release on Switch in December but it seems that the growing list increases, if we believe this last leak.
An unnamed person claiming to have access to promotional material took pictures of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate assembly list on their Snapchat. The message was deleted, but later posted on discussion forums such as 4Chan and Resetera. Nintendo has not officially confirmed any of these characters for the game yet.

If this leak is verified, it would bring all the potential Super Smash Bros. Ultimate list to 81. This includes more than 10 new additions to previous games, such as Ridley's Metroid series and the inklings of Splatoon.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Director Masahiro Sakurai spoke about the character's revelation frequency in a recent interview. He added that the team plans to slow down ads before the game's release.
"It would be wrong to say that we will continue to publish information about new fighters until the game comes out," Sakurai said. "Until now, we have revealed the characters one after another a little too fast, so we will be restrained from this point!"
