Yes, the LG V40 ThinQ should be unveiled this Thursday, October 4th. The phone is expected to hit the market with a total of five cameras, three in the back and two in the front. LG has always promoted its V-Series phones as an exceptional experience for those who like to take photos. Sunday night, Evan Blass has launched a tweet that shows what can be expected from each of the five different cameras of the LG V40 ThinQ.

On the back, the three cameras are mounted horizontally. According to a recent rumor, the camera on the right has a 16 MP sensor and takes "standard" pictures. The 12MP central camera produces "Super-Wide Angle" shots and the camera on the left is equipped with an 8-megapixel "Telephoto" lens. At the front, we expect to see an 8-megapixel camera for "standard" selfies and a second camera offering "wide-angle" images.

The LG V40 ThinQ could come with a 6.4-inch screen with QHD + resolution of 1440 x 3120. This corresponds to a 19.5: 9 format. The Snapdragon 845 mobile platform will be under the hood, and we could see the combined 8GB of RAM with 128GB of native storage. A 3300 mAh battery would power the unit.

If you have not done so yet, circle October 4th on your calendar. LG's decision to unveil the LG V40 ThinQ on that date could explain why Google decided to unveil the Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3 XL on October 9th. OG Pixel models and Pixel 2 the models were introduced on October 4, 2016 and October 4, 2017 respectively.
