Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has been leaked, this time in a high-quality unboxing video posted on YouTube. The unpacking video was downloaded by a Vietnamese website that claims to have access to an unprecedented Surface Pro 6, which is expected to be launched Oct. 2 at an event in New York.

In the video, we see the Surface Pro 6, which has not yet been launched, in all its splendor. The video gives a good overview of the Surface Pro 6 from all angles, including close-ups of its ports, display and crutch. The device looks exactly like the previous generation Surface Pro in terms of design language, but with slightly more curved angles.

Unfortunately, the device still ships with a standard Type A USB 3.1 port and not with the modern Type-C USB connector. Which means that users have no choice but to buy an expensive USB Type-C dongle. Of all Surface devices, only the Surface Book 2 has a built-in USB Type-C port. Neither the Surface Laptop nor the Surface Pro are equipped with a USB Type-C port.

The Surface Pro 6 should feature a 12.3-inch (2716 x 1824) PixelSense display, 8th-generation Intel Core processors, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. The 2-in-1 will work on Windows 10 and will also be equipped with Bluetooth 4.1. At the moment, there is no information available on the prices of the Surface Pro 6. However, the popular tipster Ronald Quandt believes that the Surface Pro 6 will have the same price as the Surface Pro, launched last year.

Microsoft is hosting an event on October 2 in New York. The tech giant based in Redmond is expected to announce two new devices: Surface Laptop 2 and Surface Pro 6. It is also possible to see a new Surface Studio at the Microsoft event on October 2nd.
