The new update of Fortnite is delayed, here is when it arrives

[ad_1]

Epic has announced a delay in the 6.21 update for Fortnite. Initially scheduled for launch today, October 31, at 2:00 am (4:00 am) and 9:00 am (Paris time), the update has been postponed until November 1st. According to Epic, the delay results from a "last-minute problem" discovered in Fortnite's new construction.

The game of the Royal Battle had to stop on October 31st for maintenance reasons during the installation of the update, but this is no longer the case. Players should expect Fortnite to fade on November 1st. As in previous Fortnite updates, Release 6.21 Release Notes will only be released on the day of release. This will likely coincide with the launch of the latest weekly challenges.

Fortnite is currently at the heart of its event called Fortnitemares, which is themed Halloween. Introduced October 23 in the 6.20 update, the event lasts until early November and introduces a new PvP mode that incorporates the popular Fortnite Battle Royale and the first Save The World. "Explore all the treats, exciting appearances and new looks," said Epic Games about the event. "During Fortnitemares, you'll face Cube Monsters in a completely new way to play Battle Royale, and new weapons will help you fight these scary creatures like the Six Shooter and the Fender Hunter Crossbow."

The challenges of the new Fortnitemares follow each other every other day. You can see such a lot below; if you are able to complete them, you will get new spooky rewards.

Fortnitemare Battle Royale Challenges

  • Destroy the cube monsters (200) – 500 XP
  • Inflicts damage with assault rifles or pistols at cubic monsters (5,000) – 500 XP
  • Visit a corrupted zone in different matches (7) – 500 XP
  • Dance to different gargoyles (5) – 500 XP

Fortnite is available for Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Mobile and PC.
