For some players, a new Raid in Destiny 2 is a non-event – the release of an activity reserved for hardcore players. In addition, The Drifter offers an additional weekly bonus. At least for the first week post-raid, this is called On Grind, and you must earn points by doing various things in Gambit – securing attacks, defeating enemy guardians and bank notes. Finish this in the week following the purchase and you will gain infamy points and, more importantly, powerful equipment.

It remains to be seen if further changes and additions could be made, but we know that Bungie plans to continue deploying new content over the next year. This will include free and paid content, ensuring that everyone (or at least those who own the DLC) continues to have reasons to check the game.
