In the typical way of OnePlus, the Chinese smartphone maker unveiled many details about the upcoming OnePlus 6T phone before its launch in October. We already know that the handset is equipped with an integrated fingerprint sensor, that it will not have a headphone jack and that T-Mobile will sell in the United States. On top of that, we saw a bunch of leaks that had the so-called OnePlus 6T design. The phone, alert spoiler, looks a lot like the Oppo R17 Pro. And now we have real photos of the handset.
Posted on Weibo, the images below show a device with an all-screen design. Yes, there is a notch at the top, but it's even smaller than the notch of the OnePlus 6. It's a drop-shaped notch similar to that of the Oppo R17.
As you can see, the device also has a built-in fingerprint sensor.
There is also the motto Never Settle at the top of this wallpaper, which seems to indicate that this is the OnePlus 6T.
However, we do not have actual images on the back of the phone, which could confirm that this is the OnePlus 6T and not an Oppo R17 Pro that sway a wallpaper Never Settle. The Oppo R17 incorporates a three-lens 3D camera at the rear and the OnePlus 6T is equipped with a dual lens camera.
In addition, the person who took these images did not share any photos of Settings application that could still prove that it is the OnePlus 6T. As you can see on one of the pictures, the phone is unlocked, which means that this hands-on experience could have provided a lot more details about the phone.
But even if it's not the OnePlus 6T, it looks a lot like what we expect from the next OnePlus flagship product.
