Since its launch a bit late in the console cycle, it is not really surprising that the switch has become an attractive platform for existing gaming ports. To date, Capcom is among the many developers who have decided to transfer their older games to the Switch. The company revealed that it would bring not one but three Resident Evil games to the Nintendo Switch next year.

Unfortunately, we do not have many details about these ports yet, but we know which of the many resident Evil the library will come. These titles are the original resident Evil, Resident Evil 0, and Resident Evil 4. All these games have already appeared on Nintendo consoles. Therefore, their recently revealed Switch ports make a lot of sense.

Capcom revealed the news in a message to Twitter aujourd & # 39; hui. All he had to say is that the three titles will arrive on the console in 2019. Beyond, it will be necessary to wait for other information, although Capcom declared that he would have others to share soon.

Although the details are thin, it is likely that when Capcom names resident Evil, this is the remake that debuted on the Gamecube in 2002. Resident Evil 0, a prequel to the original, launched later the same year for the Gamecube. A few years later, in 2005, Capcom published Resident Evil 4, again for the Gamecube, and it quickly became one of the most popular games in the series.

For more details on these games, we are waiting for Capcom. Hopefully new information will be sent to us as soon as possible, but at least we know you resident Evil Fans will be able to relive some of the highlights of the franchise on Switch next year. Stay tuned.
