Pokémon Let's go! Eevee and Pikachu Games are not the hardest, but to get the most out of them, we have some tips. Here are some tips for becoming a Pokémon Champion.

Give you the opportunity to skip the cutscenes

Start with this because you will see a lot of repeated cinematics in this game. The possibility of ignoring them is a hidden option in the menus. This will prevent you from facing your Eevee or Pikachu for the umpteenth time after beating a gym official. Go to your menu by pressing X, then go to Options by pressing Y. Scroll to "Movie Skip" and then turn it on. You can then skip the cinematics by pressing + or – on the Joy Con.

Think about catching Pokémon in handheld mode

The game controls differently if you play it on your TV or in portable mode. If you play on your TV, you catch Pokémon by throwing with a Joy Con or Poké Ball Plus. This has some novelty, but it's not always the easiest thing to do. To aim, you change the direction and strength of the place where you make this move to throw. He is not very loyal and it is very easy to jump in the wrong direction, or throw too hard.

Portable mode capture is much, much easier. You can aim by moving the actual console and launch by pressing a button. It's a thousand times easier, and also more fun in my opinion.

Handheld motion commands are optional

The game only applies to players using motion controls, but in reality, in the handheld mode, you can aim for where you throw your Poké Balls using Joy Con's left joystick. I find it easier to aim by moving the console, but try each one and see what works for you.

Never, already buy Poké Balls

You will never miss Poké Balls. When Professor Oak judges that you are ready to settle in your first club, he will give you 50. With each loss of a coach, he will usually give you three Poké Balls. You're going to have more Poké Balls than you know what to do – do not waste your money with them when you could buy potions or lures.

As soon as you can, take a Pokémon out of its Poké Ball

Your Eevee or Pikachu will always be out of his ball, but you may also have an extra Pokemon to follow you. This may seem like an exaggeration, but taking a Pokémon out of his head will make him more like you, which has some advantages in combat. They will also sometimes find objects in the vicinity, which is very convenient.

You do not have to fight everyone

You do not gain a lot of fighting experience, and most coaches in the wild only have a few Pokémon that you will probably defeat in one shot. If you just want to go to the next gym, it's easy enough to avoid most battles. You can walk behind a lot of them to avoid starting a battle. Some turn and you can work around them when they are not looking. This seems to go against most Pokémon games, but you save time without wasting time.

Lures facilitate grinding

You gain experience by catching Pokémon. When you do it, all your party wins experience and likes Pokemon Go, you can enhance this experience by taking the same monster multiple times, either by taking the first throw or by catching a Tiny or Huge Pokémon, indicated by the red or blue swirls around them on the map. If you want to quickly mount your Pokémon, buy a lure. This will make more Pokemon appear on the map around you, so you will not have to run around the same piece of grass again and again.

Send your extra Pokémon to Professor Oak

After a few gyms, you can send the extra Pokémon to your collection box to Professor Oak. This permanently removes them from your game, but you will have a little pleasure. Oak will send you sweets in exchange for Pokémon, and you can distribute them to your Pokémon to increase their stats. If the speed of a monster is too low, give him Quick Candies to speed him up, for example. If you send a group of the same Pokémon to Oak, it is possible that you also win a candy named after that monster, which increases all his stats by one point.

Use the Favorite system to save your best monsters

When you catch all the monsters in sight to send them to Oak, it can be easy to lose the thread of those you really want. I like to sort the Pokemon in my box by Combat Power. Basically, those who have greater combat power have better overall stats than other Pokémon. You can do this by pressing Y in your Pokémon box. You can also sort them by level, captured order, and two other ways. To make sure you do not accidentally send a very good Pokémon to Professor Oak, you have to choose it. To do this, select the Pokémon you wish to keep, then scroll to "Change Markings", then choose the first, which is Favorite. The Pokémon you have favorites can not be sent to Oak and you will receive a warning if you choose to send them by accident. I have thus avoided that many useful Pokémon are turned into candies.

Use all your candies

It will be weird for those who have only played the main games, but Pokemon Go the players will probably get it. You may think that leveling your Pokemon is the best way to make them stronger, but you should also use all your candies. You will not be able to turn a Pokémon into absolute garbage into a beast, but changing some stats can really help you against Gym Leaders. In particular, I found that I had gained more Quick Candies than anything else, and using them to increase my monster's speed stats was very helpful. Whichever faster-moving Pokémon uses its movement first, it can save you a potion if you know that your next move will defeat your enemy.

Make provisions before the Elite Four

Like all Pokémon games, you will have a decisive battle with the Four Elite. You must beat them all in a row. This means that you will not be able to heal your Pokémon between two battles by going to a Pokémon center. As the rest of the game is so easy, it's tempting not to go to the store before confronting them. That would be wrong. Make do not jump. These battles are not devastating, but they are more difficult than the rest of the game. Elite Four is not afraid to use status effects and you will want to be able to counter it. At the end of the game you will be able to buy Max Potions, Revives and Full Heals.
