Motivated by the sad news of the majority closure of Telltale, former employee Jake Rodkin, who left the studio to co-found Campo Santo several years ago and is not one of those laid off without compensation, has put online videos of prototypes, gaffes and "Bonus DVDs" on YouTube. Until now, Old Telltale Stuff's videos focus on the studio's average period, games like Sam & Max, the cool game of Strong Bad for Awesome People, Back to the Future and the first season of The Walking Dead.
The highlight so far is an alternative version of the scene of The Walking Dead, where Lee leads a glove of zombies. Designed as a way to let off steam towards the end of production, it shows one side of the team that Tales from the Borderlands would really allow them to develop. (Spoilers for The Walking Dead, obv.)
Other highlights include developer comments for the three seasons of Sam & Max, as well as Back to the Future, reel-balls, a video of Lee dealing with an empty piece of furniture in a calm and measured way and a spontaneous episode of Strong Bad made with help. from the public to PAX.
