Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Nintendo's biggest holiday game, will arrive in December, but before that, the company offered its fans an in-depth look at the star-rated brawler with a Nintendo Direct specifically designed for Super Smash Bros. . The show will air on Thursday, November 1st at 7:00 am Pacific Time / 10:00 am Eastern Time, and will feature a ton of new game details so you do not miss it.
The presentation will be streamed on the Nintendo website, YouTube and Twitch channels. As usual, Nintendo has not leaked any concrete details on what fans will see during the Smash show, but it seems like it will be a big problem. The Direct should last about 40 minutes – almost twice as long as the Smash Bros. Live broadcast in August – and will reveal "new information" on the upcoming fighting game. What it will be, that's what everyone guesses, but that probably includes the last playable characters in the game, which director Masahiro Sakurai had previously teased would all be unveiled before its release. We will probably learn more about the mysterious final mode of the title.
The last time Nintendo aired a presentation about Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the company unveiled five new playable characters: Simon and Richter Belmont of Castlevania; the new Echo Fighters Chrom and Dark Samus; and King King K. Rool, often asked, of Donkey Kong Country. The following month, during her September live presentation, Nintendo had revealed that Isabelle of Animal Crossing had also joined the list of Smash.
