Microsoft really helped consumers by announcing that their line of exclusive Xbox One would become Microsoft exclusives. This would give players who do not own an Xbox One, the opportunity to enjoy their exclusive video game titles on the Windows 10 platform. We are delighted to find that most of the top triple AAA video game titles have managed to go out on PC platform, Sunset Overdrive being one of the last launches surprise. This made us think of other notable exclusives of the Xbox One that have never been integrated into the PC platform, or at least have not yet reached the PC platform at the time of writing this article.
As mentioned, most of these big names have been placed on the PC platform, but here are some titles that remain strictly exclusive to the Xbox One. Do you think these games will ever come out of the Xbox One?
# 4 Halo 5: Guardians
- Developer: 343 Industries
- Publisher: Microsoft Studios
Halo 5: Guardians is currently the last installment of the Halo franchise. Under the new development team, 343 Industries, fans of the franchise were offered a game slightly different from that of Halo. Instead of focusing on Master Chief, players were split between our beloved hero and a new Spartan team. It seemed that Master Chief had suddenly become a thug, letting a new team monitor and find out what was happening with the famous supersoldier. Some slight modifications have also been made to the game mechanics. Although this title has received positive reviews, it is not the most popular game in the series for long-time fans.
Whatever the case may be, for fans who have been following the show from the beginning and have not yet purchased an Xbox One console, it is a highly desired title for the PC platform. Likewise, with the online community, there is an important market for fans who want to take advantage of online matching with the narrative campaign. What we could also see happening is Halo 5: Guardians, which lasts much longer with mod support, more matchmaking levels and game modes created for players. Unfortunately, this is a game that happens from time to time with Microsoft and we have not seen the company really strive to bring it to the PC platform. Similarly, this is not the only Halo title to still be on the PC platform.
# 3 Halo: Master Chief Collection
- Developer: 343 Industries
- Publisher: Microsoft Studios
We have just finished talking about Halo 5: Guardians for not being on the PC platform and we would like to add to that, we would like to see also 343 Halo Industries: Master Chief Collection on the platform. A number of Halo titles have been created on the PC platform, but if you have never played the Halo franchise and own a gaming PC, Halo: Master Chief Collection would be the best place to start. It's basically a collection of original Halo titles, all remastered with enhanced visuals. In the collection, players would have access to Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST and finally Halo 4. Some of these games have already been made available on the platform. PC form, The updated enhanced collection is still only available on the Xbox One and nothing says if Microsoft will launch the collection under Windows 10.
# 2 the scarlet dragon
- Developer: Grounding Inc
- Publisher: Microsoft Studios
Do you remember Crimson Dragon? The video game was born in 2013 and was originally due out on Xbox 360. Developed under Grounding Inc., it is a video game that is often considered the spiritual successor of the Dragon Panzer franchise. Played as a rail-based shooter where players take the skies on a dragon where they must absolutely shoot down their enemies while having access to a hundred different skills and a game in cooperation with up to three players. It was not a massively successful game and the reviews were mixed with mediocre, but a tweaked version published on the PC platform could bring new life. We could even have better successes if this game was a VR title, but we can not doubt that Crimson Dragon reaches the PC platform.
# 1 Rare Replay
- Developer: Rare
- Publisher: Microsoft Studios
Rare Replay is a collection of video games not to be missed on the PC platform. In the 1990s, Rare was a leading video game developer. Nintendo has never purchased the latter, while several games have made a splash on their video game consoles since the release of the Nintendo 64. Since then, Microsoft has not been slow in its efforts. invest and buy the development studio. One of the exclusive titles released by Microsoft is Rare Replay, a collection of thirty video game titles from Rare's catalog of video game IP addresses. The collection contains a mix of titles such as Battletoads, Blast Corps, Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, Conker's Fur Day, Grabbed By the Ghoulies and Viva Pinata. Curiously, this collection has never been published on the PC platform, but there is a community of gamers who hope that Microsoft will bring the game to the Windows 10 store in the near future. Until then, all that's left is to buy an Xbox One or search for titles of the original games individually.
