Non-waggle, here we are
The legend of Zelda: the sword to heaven had a myriad of problems: repeating exactly the same formula for each zone, Fi tells you how to solve puzzles before even attempting them, an overabundance of collecathons. But my biggest complaint was how much Miyamoto and his company imposed motion controls in almost every facet of the game.
The joy of swinging a sword as Link? Invaluable. The "joy" of constantly zoning in the Wiimotes while I "throw" bombs or I unnecessarily shifted the remote control to fly or participate in activities such as a rustling on a vine? Not really. So yes, I would absolutely like to have the chance to revisit this beautiful world with its amazing dungeon design and memorable bosses with a new control scheme. We could have that chance sooner than later.
According to several participants in a The legend of Zelda A concert in Osaka, Japan, Eiji Aonuma, big producer, went on stage and teased the port, saying: "We know what you think, Sword in the sky we switch, right? The statement would have received applause, but Aonuma would not have wanted to say more.
Since Nintendo is determined to restore virtually every 3D Zelda at one point, you had to know that it was going to happen. Hopefully this will come with their trademark "smoothing rough edges" in addition to the new visual brilliance.
