The University of Wyoming Alumni Association (UWAA) will host its next kickoff Friday for Cowboy football fans on October 15.
The second Kickoff Friday will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the UW Alumni Family Room at the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center, located at 222 S. 22nd St. The reception will include light aperitifs and a cash bar. UWAA members will receive a free drink at the cash bar.
“The UWAA staff and I look forward to welcoming our alumni and friends to the Alumni Center to cheer on the Cowboys, as well as introduce and welcome the Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Scott Thomas,” said the Executive Director. from UWAA, Keener Fry.
The Cowboys face the Fresno State Bulldogs on Saturday, October 16 at War Memorial Stadium.
This fall, UWAA is hosting Kickoff Friday events on designated Fridays prior to UW home football games. Western States Bank will sponsor the October 15 kickoff on Friday.
