New horrifying video captures an uncontrollable NYC subway cyclist mercilessly beating another unconscious burglar in front of other passengers – in what cops call a possible hate crime.

NYPD Hate Crimes Unit tweeted images of the violent incident, and the department said the attack was being investigated for possible bias.

However, sources said the cops were still waiting for the victim to show up before they could determine if there was one.

It is not known exactly what triggered the downing of Sunday’s train, police sources said – but a woman can be heard on the footage being asked what caused the attack and responding: “He l ‘called a… r. ”

The video shows a man dressed in black punching his victim before putting him in a choke which leaves him limp, crumpled on the ground – as other horsemen needlessly urge the assailant to stop.

“Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop!” a horsewoman yells at the assailant, who ignores her as he continues to rain blows on the victim.

The assailant then glares over his black mask at the other runners – with the victim motionless at his feet – before fleeing the train.

Police sources said cops believed the incident happened on a J train at Kosciuszko Street station in Brooklyn.

The incident is just one part of the recent wave of crime crippling the New York City subway system.
