Tom Parker is making progress in his battle with a brain tumor.
The British singer, 32, a member of The Wanted, announced in October that he had been diagnosed with a grade 4 brain tumor and said he was “undergoing treatment”.
Good news came for the singer on Thursday when he spoke with a medical professional after undergoing an MRI earlier in the week.
To share an update, the star posted a photo of himself smiling with his wife and kids.

“SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION,” began the happy caption of the photo. “These are the words I received today and I can’t help but repeat them over and over again.”

“I had an MRI on Tuesday and my results today were a significant tumor reduction and I’m responding well to treatment,” Parker said. “Every day I keep fighting to reduce this bastard!”
He then thanked workers at Britain’s National Health Service for their work both to help him fight his disease and “on the front lines” of the coronavirus pandemic.

To conclude the post, Parker pointed out that he was on a “roller coaster” trip, but felt that “today is a f — ing day”.

In an interview with OK! magazine, Parker said he was diagnosed with glioblastoma after a seizure sent him to hospital.
