People love old, often outdated Land Rovers. They will do everything in their power to keep their machines slow, heavy and difficult to handle on the road (and often away from them). That's certainly the case for this guy, George, who decided to save a first-generation Range Rover from the dump.
The restoration lasted three years and required a lot of learning throughout the process. So he decided to film the process. In stop-motion. The full video takes about an hour and a half and we discovered it through the incredible British motor magazine MotorPunk, whose publisher is other than Carfection. Dick von Duisberg, in a post published Thursday.
The video would be awesome, even though it was only an ordinary construction vlog, but the magic inherent in stopping the motion (watching bolts and bolts drowning, see the panels unfold themselves of their own accord) makes it a pretty special thing.
