Fitness Secrets, I unveiled: There are 2 things I did in my quest for weight loss. First, you really need to take care of your diet and, secondly, you must be strict with your workout schedule. This combination of two things can work wonders for your body.
How to stay motivated? I weighed myself daily and noted my weight loss journey in my diary. Secondly, my husband's compliments have always motivated me. I had the habit of setting weekly and monthly goals and making sure to reach them.
How do you make sure you do not lose focus? I look at my old photos and XL size dresses to stay motivated because I do not want to wear them again.
What is the most difficult part of being overweight? From what I've experienced, the worst thing about being overweight is to look in the mirror and realize what you did to your once healthy body. In addition, health complications such as back pain prevented me from wearing my baby any longer.
What form do you see yourself in 10 years? I want to be a healthier and healthier version of myself over the years.
What lifestyle changes did you make? I have made a lot of changes. Some of them dine strictly before 7 pm, go for a walk every day and avoid junk food at all costs.
What was the lowest point for you? I had attended a wedding where everyone was shocked to see my "bigger" version after my pregnancy. All those who met me at this wedding did not stop telling me how big I had become. It was really heartbreaking.
