West Plains, Missouri – The West Plains Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, December 11, 2021. The theme for this year’s parade is “Christmas angels”. The parade will start at 4:00 p.m. at the corner of Porter Wagoner and Girdley (near Town Hall), descend Porter Wagoner and proceed to People’s Park.
House officials have indicated that parade registration forms will be available from November 1.st at the House office, 401 Jefferson Avenue. Anyone wishing to participate in the Parade MUST register in advance. No climb will be allowed! Alignment and safety instructions will be given to registrants when they register. A panel of judges will evaluate the entries on originality, quality of workmanship and relevance to the theme of the parade. The first and second prizes will be awarded in three categories: commercial, religious and miscellaneous, as well as an overall grand prize!
