28-year-old Troy E. Simpson was arrested for driving while intoxicated, possession of a stolen vehicle and stolen property in the 2700 block of 1st Street. The stolen vehicle was a 2022 Honda HR-V, and the items included 22 stolen key rings believed to have been taken to Spokane.
A 74-year-old man died suddenly in the 400 block of Buena Vista Street.
