Not much to say beyond that. Mewtwo even surpasses the DPS-juggernaut, Deoxys-Attack, a psychic-type attacker with his updated Psystrike, and with about five times the TDO to boot, placing Pokemon DNA in absolute shame.
Mewtwo is, without a doubt, Go's most powerful psychic type Pokemon, and will most likely keep this title over generations. His closest competition is probably in the form of the Ultra Necrozma-type Dragon / Psychic Generation 7, and only if it receives a terribly powerful Psychic-like movement outside of its signature attacks.
