FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – As Tom Brady returns to Gillette Stadium on Sunday, some Patriots fans are unsure of who to turn to: their home team or the legend who led the Pats to six Super Bowl wins.
“Brady has got us. He’s going to kill us, ”said James McDonald. “Look, I’m a Patriots fan. But you know what? Brady is the GOAT. He gave us so many years. I am only 23 years old. So I only know Brady. I have been spoiled by him my whole life. So, I support him, man. I want to see him come in and take revenge.
Brady is sure to put on a good show. Not only is he returning to his old home, but he will also be looking to recover from a Rams loss last weekend.
“Tampa is going to win Sunday, unfortunately,” said Justin Conover. “I’m a Pats fan, always will be, but Tom and the Bucs are ready to move.”
Still, other fans trust rookie quarterback Mac Jones.
“I’m going to have a lot of problems, but I have Tom Brady on my fantastic team,” said Kevin Langley. “So [I’m] expecting four touchdowns from him. But I believe in Mac Jones. I went to Alabama. I saw it. I saw him all last year. I think Mac is going to get away with it, and I think the Pats have a good chance of winning.
